Cancellations and Returns
The cancellation of an order is free, as long as it was not processed.
If you want to cancel the order after it has already sent to you, you should refuse delivery of the package. After receiving the return can Fitstore refund the purchase price to reduce the shipping cost.
Do you have complaints about the product or shipment, you should, within eight days of receipt, registered to notify Fitstore. This letter should include a clear description of the complaint.
The product can only be accepted unused and in original packaging.
